I just want to say I wish I new the name of the people that helped me there, because they were fast, and very friendly, I mean soon as you walk in that door the atmosphere is absolutely amazing! I have been to many different tire places and none have ever compared to the service I recieved here, I can say this these guys whatever they get paid is not enough, I will definitely be going back to get my alignment done soon and I will be going through them for my custom wheels I will be getting for my Pathfinder, She drives like a beauty now and the stopping power is so nice now that I don't have 10 year old tires, honestly the price for everything was really good as well. I had been quoted excess of 800 dollars for tires at other places even for low end over 600 so this was amazing. Thank you Discount Tire here in Albany you just earned yourselves a lifelong customer.

They helped me choose new tires and wheels. It took a few days for them to get to the shop, but they had them installed within an hour or two of receiving them and my car looks and drives amazing! Great customer service, highly recommend.

This place had decent reviews and the website I ordered my tires from let me schedule from here via their order process. I'm mildly irritated by the service. I brought my Subaru in on time for my appointment and I left to get something to eat while they worked on it. 35 minutes later I was walking back when the mechanic came to talk to me about the car. They said one of my lug nuts was seized on so tight that they would have to break it to get my wheel off. Sure, I believe it, this happens; especially with Subarus. I did it myself changing my brakes a few months ago. My issue and my primary complaint is that a business that works on wheels and tires all day everyday is not capable of repairing a simple lug stud. So now I have to go spend a little bit of my own money on top of what I've already spent and hire a mechanic to put this lug stud on. I don't know how that lug nut was seized on in the first place seeing as I used a low-power impact last time I put it on. But again, I understand this stuff happens, I would just expect a company of this size to be capable of something incredibly simple. Great prices! I bought some 35x12.50 Nitto Ridge Grappler tires for my Ford F350 a couple months ago. They price matched a deal I found online and got them installed in good time. They ended up accidentally putting a scratch in my wheel, but they took care of me and reimbursed me some to cover the damage. Overall highly recommended! Thanks
